MY FAVORITE PLACE ON EARTH... so far

This country is AMAZING! From the fresh juice shops on every block to the coastlines and thousands of years of history, Peru has been one of my favorite travel destinations to date. Of course, like every trip, it's about who you go with and the memories you take back with you. I have to thank Nico Carrilo for allowing me to venture to Peru with him, he helped make this trip what it was. 

TOP PLACES TO SEE:

PUKAPUKARA:
The masonry that went into this place is unbelievable. You have to see to believe.

THE BACKSIDE OF MACHU PICCHU:
Yes, Machu Picchu is a must see, but if you walk around the back, there you will see the real beauty. There is a river that runs through a ravine that is absolutely breathtaking. My favorite part is standing on the edge of the mountain and seeing the thousand foot drop off. The mountains in Peru are unlike any I've ever seen. 

BRIDGE AT MACHU PICCHU:
This site shows the paths of the ancient people. As you can see from the picture, there is a just a drop off to certain death if you were to have a slight slip. It's awe inspiring to think of their walks over this bridge hundreds of years ago.
