if you really want to loose fat and keep it off, start with cleansing

I’ll start by saying that I’ve been cleansing for about 10 years now - each year I get better and more dedicated to putting only healthy things into my body. I’ve done a lot of research on how a healthy body should run and function properly during that time too. Because we live in the modern world, we have gotten used to eating low quality food and putting junk in our bodies, and we think that our bodies should be ok with that. Well, they aren’t… Your body doesn’t want hydrogenated oils, refined flour, and processed sugars. Your body wants fresh fruits and vegetables filled with vitamins and minerals to replenish the minerals that we lose during daily activities. When your body is fed primarily “junk” as listed above, your digestive system can’t excrete it all as waste, so your body stores that junk in fat cells to try to keep the vital organs clear of the crap. You also start to build up literal crap in your gut because of what you are feeding yourself. Then that junk blocks the healthy vitamins and minerals from being absorbed into your blood stream properly, and you become unhealthy because of the cycle.

Now, I’m not saying that you have to give up all things delicious like cookies, bread, and chocolate, but I am saying that they aren’t good for you. I would even dare to say you shouldn’t eat them at all unless you start cleansing more frequently - or just start. If you want to understand more about the digestive system, this book to the right is a great resource to read.

I’m going to give you 3 different recommendations below about starting to cleanse. They range from cheapest and easiest to more expensive and somewhat complicated. I advise that you eventually do all 3, but start the process and build from there.

Cut out processed foods, especially flours and sugars in your diet, and replace them with natural foods. Add a lemon or lime to your water during the day, and you should see weight start to drop off.

There are lots of articles on the web about foods to eat for cleansing. I trust you can find the foods that you will eat and that are good for you.

Start with grapefruit, turmeric, garlic, ginger, watermelon, apples, broccoli, and lots of berries.

this is the cleanse that i use most frequently

You can typically find this cleanse at your local health food store a little cheaper than Amazon. This is a 15 day program, but I normally only do the cleanse for 3-4 days at a time. This is because I consistently keep my body cleansed. If you are new to cleansing, I recommend doing all 15 days.

I promise, you will not blow up any toilets (that bad). It will make you have to poop, but it is not a laxative. You will have plenty of time to walk to a bathroom to go. If you stools start to get runny multiple times a day, skip a few meals of taking the pills. You don’t have to do this cleanse from start to finish. Listen to your body, and you will love the results. Be prepared, you should poop 3-4 times a day though which is 100% healthy.

Drink lots of water because your body will need help flushing all of the toxins out of your body. Also, try to cut out any coffee, processed foods, and fatty meats and cheeses in your diet while you are cleansing.
