CAMPER PACKING LIST

IF YOU’RE FULL TIME OR JUST A WEEKEND CAMPER, THIS LIST HAS what you need to start!

MUST HAVE CAMPER products

These are the items that I advise buying almost immediately after buying your camper. You won’t want to go camping without them. Camping stores typically are 50% more expensive than Amazon on all of the items we purchased.

Water hose

50ft. is a good length that will allow you to reach almost every spicket at a campsite.

WASTE HOSE

Depending on how many tanks you have, you’ll want a long hose for each.

leveling blocks

These have helped us so much when parking on uneven terrain. They also prevent dry-rot when stored.

HOSE GUIDE

This isn’t a must have, but it is really helpful to make sure your hoses don’t get clogged up.

GLOVES

Many people purchase disposable gloves, but they tear really easily. I don’t want poop on my hands when handling the hoses, so these are a better option.

water filter

You’ll be drinking water from all sorts of locations, so get a filtration system to remove toxins. This one screws onto your water hose.

jACK PADS

These pads add a level of security and safety when leveling your camper.

50 amp cord

Hopefully this comes with your camper, but if not, it’s a necessity.

wheel chocks

Make sure you get the correct size for your camper tires. You’ll need to measure the distance between both tires. If you only have a single axle, the smaller wheel chocks will work fine.

OUTDOOR MAT

Many campgrounds only have gravel outside your doorstep, so this makes the transition so much more comfortable.

kitchen items

Air Fryer

For the days when it’s raining and you don’t want to cook over the camp fire.

PLATES & BOWLS

These plates and bowls are safe to microwave and are the perfect size for camping.

drying rack

This drying rack is collapsible and hangs in your sink for more counter top space.

ICE CUBE TRAYS

You must have a lid on your ice cube trays. I recommend getting 4 trays to have enough ice.

COLLAPSIBLE TOTES

These totes are so helpful when bringing food in and out when eating outside.

CAST IRON

Getting a matching pan and lid set is great to save space!
